PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our ability to manage complex projects is a direct result of a methodical and demonstrated Project Management System. Each project is managed by one of the firm’s Principals, who is directly responsible and accountable to the client for the services provided by the Consultant Team. That principal is backed up by a Project Manager and is committed to the project from start to finish. Together the Principal and Project Manager form the core Project Management Team. The Team utilities a series of tools, techniques and technologies to ensure that project milestones are met and the overall product is delivered to the satisfaction of the Client.
